Most commercial hard flooring surfaces need to be sealed once or twice each year, depending on the level of foot traffic.  Most of the visible dirt and scratches in your floor are actually contained to the floor finish, not the floor itself.  We start by completely removing the existing finish. Next, the floor is thoroughly washed and dried.  Finally, several coats of new finish are carefully applied by a highly skilled floor technician. The finished product never disappoints.
